Deepen Your Knowledge
Led by Master WE-I Practitioners, Alison Whitmire, President of Learning in Action, and Shani Feyen, Director of Training, our 90-minute monthly meetings will include an exploration of WE-I, including the different dimensions of the WE-I Profile and how clients and their narratives may express them.
Practice Your Skills
As a community, we’ll practice together. Sometimes we’ll review a sample anonymous Profile to develop and discuss hunches about what might be driving that client’s internal experience. We’ll consider approaches you might take in the debrief process to elicit awareness, acceptance, and choice. We may practice connecting narratives to Profiles, and explore ways to share what dimensions mean. We’ll also talk about how to present the opportunity of the WE-I Profile with new clients.
Be Part of a Community
Get connected, join the conversation, and build relationships. We’ll bring in opportunities for observing and navigating our own WE-I Profiles as well. Beyond the monthly meetings, all members will have 24/7 access to our on-line Circle Community Forum as a way to connect - to pose questions, ask for advice and to share successes, learning and resources!

This unique community is especially for any Certified WE-I Practitioners who have:
Participated in and completed their training program in Fall 2021 or later and have completed less than 20 Profile debriefs with clients
Participated in and completed their training program before Fall 2021 and have done less than 5 Profile debriefs with clients

Our monthly 90 minute meetings will provide you with a rich amount of information and learning that will take your coaching capabilities using the WE-I to the next level. You will deepen and gain more confidence in:
- Describing WE-I, the WE-I Profile dimensions and relationship strategies
- Interpreting data, naming patterns you see in data, and connecting it to the human and narrative the data may represent
- Performing debriefs of the WE-I Profile
- Effectively using critical WE-I resources (e.g. exercises & Portal resources)
- Assimilating the use of the WE-I Profile into your coaching practice
- Articulating the value of the WE-I Profile to your clients & potential or new clients
