Breathwork Class Waiver and Liability Release

Join us on this journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment

Our Breathwork program is not training. It’s an embodied experience to support you, your capacity and your journey as a human and a coach.

Our monthly sessions guide you through:

  • Theme Discovery: We explore a theme intended to uncover what in our inner landscape is wanting attention

  • Intention Setting: We break out in small groups to set an intention for the breathwork - what we’d use the breath to process

  • Embodied Breathwork: We perform ~25 minutes of two stage pranayama yoga breath, with guided prompts to a playlist of music related to the theme

  • Integration: We share our experience of the breathwork, what arose, what was released and what resolved.
