Using the WE-Q Profile with an individual can be both challenging and rewarding.

And when you multiply that by the number of people on a team, the work can take on all new levels of both complexity and richness. 

That’s why we created Team DEEP... to support WE-Q Practitioners who use (or want to use) the WE-Q Profile with teams.  

Using the WE-Q Profile with a team requires not only knowledge of the WE-Q Profile and experience working with teams. It requires a capacity to be with the Profiles of the team members individually, the Profile of the leader and the Profile of the team collectively. It requires discernment of what data is most relevant for the team and creativity as to how to create awareness of it and then build new capacities based upon that awareness.  

Using the WE-Q Profile with a team is both science and art.  And we benefit from each other’s experience when we work together and share resources, knowledge and experience.

Team DEEP meets every quarter for 90 minutes to explore:

• A Team Profiles and the interpretation of team data
• A case study of how the WE-Q Profile was used with a team, the team’s pattern, how it showed up in their behavior and performance, how the team engaged with their data and the outcome.
• Questions from community members about best practices in using the WE-Q Profile with teams  
• Resources to use with teams
