This course is designed for professionals who feel confident and current in their ability to hold and debrief the WE-I Profile from a coach's perspective, as opposed to a consultant's approach. It is ideal for individuals who want to either brush up on their knowledge or deepen their understanding of the WE-I Profile. The 8-week duration is specifically tailored for practitioners who are already familiar with the foundational concepts and techniques of the WE-I Profile and are seeking to refine their skills and expand their expertise.
Program Requirements:
To successfully complete the course and earn CEUs, participants must attend (or confirm they have watched the recording of) the eight live training sessions. Additionally, learners are required to complete four certification quizzes. These quizzes not only reinforce learning but also fulfill the CEU requirements.
