“The people we love and those who raised us live inside us; we experience their emotional pain, we dream their memories, we know what was not explicitly conveyed to us, and these things shape our lives in ways that we don’t always understand.”

― Galit Atlas PhD

At this point, most leaders know that being emotionally intelligent is an important leadership quality to demonstrate.  But how many of them actually do it?  And if they know it’s important and they don’t do it, what’s getting in the way?  What are the obstacles to their EQ?

Most leaders (like our clients) don’t know.  Either they don’t know that they aren’t emotionally intelligent.  Or they know that they aren’t and they either don’t own it or don’t know why or what to do about it?

What if you could help your clients see what gets in the way of their emotional intelligence? What would be possible if they were aware of what makes being emotionally intelligent difficult for them?

Join us on Wednesday, April 24, May 1 and May 8, 2024

from 10:30 - 12:00 PST l 1:30 – 3:00pm EST

Learn how to support your clients in discovering their own obstacles to EQ.  When your clients become aware of what impairs their emotionally and relationally intelligent behavior, they’ll be able to make conscious choices for change.  And they can be liberated from the unseen obstacles that block their success as leaders.

Plus, as we coaches often say, you can’t take your clients someplace you haven’t been yourself.  By joining this course, you'll discover your own obstacles to EQ.  And with that awareness, you’ll not only have new insights into your own emotional intelligence, you’ll have a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence itself and what drives it.
