A focused, flexible and deeply impactful program…

The WE-I Practitioner Refresher Training has been redesigned to present an engaging, learner-centered, and fully on-demand curriculum that will deepen your expertise in the unique niche of the WE-I Profile.

Each of the 14 modules takes about 40-60 minutes (some a bit more, and some a bit less) and is intended to provide you with focused and digestible reconnection to essential WE-I concepts. Those who wish for a deeper dive will find optional exercises and explorations. It's choose-your-own-adventure, designed to meet your needs.

How We Are Shaped in Relationship

Modules 1 & 2

You’ll dive deeply into how our brains are shaped and understand how our triggers, habitual patterns, and narratives form. You’ll discover the Journey of Relational Awareness and how it relates to your clients' path as they move towards growth and accomplishing what they want in their lives.

A Deep Dive Into the Profile

Modules 3 to 10

You’ll take a deep dive into the instrument and be guided through what it reveals through each dimension: empathy compassion and empathy accuracy, self/other orientation, access to a range of feelings, positive/negative orientation, and how we balance our wants, thoughts, and feelings. AND, you'll watch debrief demos of every dimension along the way!

Connecting Patterns & Narratives

Modules 11 & 12

You’ll explore how the profile captures and reveals client patterns. You'll practice interpreting patterns, developing hunches, and see how client data forms a cohesive whole. Reconnect with how to elicit stories, track narrative, and demonstrate how narrative aligns with data to make data come alive for clients.

Mastering The Debrief

Modules 13 & 14

You’ll anchor all of the debrief skills you've been seeing along the way, including how to effectively set up the debrief conversation, to using the client’s responses as generative, reflecting their words, energy, body language, and other cues to inspire discovery, challenge assumptions, and delve into deeply-rooted patterns.

You'll also revisit how to navigate common debrief roadblocks and be inspired again by watching expert debrief demos to see the debrief skills in action.
